SentinelHC's paid compliance services are governed by a separate written Service Agreement that you enter into when you subscribe. These website Terms do not govern those paid services. When you complete the evaluation, you provide information about your practice and your contact details so that we can prepare and send you your results. You consent to us using that information to generate and deliver your evaluation report and to follow up with you, in line with our Privacy Policy. Your evaluation result is an indicative guide based on the answers you give, and it is not a formal audit, inspection, or certification.
All content on this website, including the text, graphics, designs, documents, and the SentinelHC name and logo, is owned by SentinelHC or its licensors and is protected by South African and international law. You may view and use the content for your own information. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, or otherwise commercialise any part of it without our written permission. Any compliance documents delivered to you under a paid Service Agreement are licensed for use within your own practice only, as set out in that agreement.
